“The Parchment of Autumn”

Leaves are the parchment that autumn writes its story upon. There are moments when the story is bright and colorful, bursting with life and joy, but as autumn’s story draws to an end, the palette becomes more muted. A sadder, more melancholy note emerges. Soon winter will arrive to write a new story.
