“Lightsicles”

© 2013 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott

I wanted to share another icy morning with you. I love the sunrises where low clouds give the light a place to play and illuminate. The icy branches in the foreground provided another playground for the light. This light lasted for only a few minutes, but that moment of glory left me in awe of being able to be there and to witness the majesty of another morning. The beautiful “lightsicles” were just the icing on the cake.
