“Vatican Secrets”

© 2013 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott

In the Dan Brown era many people have bought into the Vatican “intrigue”. And, to be sure, there has always been a certain mystery and lack of transparency about its inner workings. I was reminded of this going through the Vatican and being ushered up one corridor…but my attention was drawn to another that branched off and descended…where? I leaned out over the velvet rope and shot down that corridor. You have to confess that there is something a wee bit spooky about this one.
