“Making Tracks”

© 2013 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott

In late October I spent some time out trying to capture the night sky in new ways. This image is really more of a fortunate accident. I was wanting to get a long exposure at the railroad crossing and could not have predicted that the car would arrive and pass during the 30 second exposure. It did, however, and served my purpose very well!
