We are trudging into that “in between seasons” period here where the world is increasingly muddy and rather brown. So one finds inspiration where they can. In this case, it was in a stand of a dried up beech trees with warm afternoon light spilling through them. These leaves will soon be shed to make way for new ones. In the meantime, however, I will just enjoy the glorious decay…
