“Garland”

I enjoy the bright, amost tropical quality of this particular image. My favorite part is actually the bottom portion of the defocused region, where the swirl effect of the Helios has curved the branch from the flowering crab apple into a soft, delicate garland of rich color. When I look at this image, I can almost feel balmy, salty air and inhale the rich fragrance of “happy warmth”. And that’s perfect, considering that today is cool and drizzly here. I hope this image has the same effect for you…
