“Come Close, I Won’t Bite”

I did some burst shooting while watching some coyotes to try to get the expression that I was looking for. I’ve done a few “cute” coyote portraits before, but this time I wanted to capture the predator. I chose to go monochrome with it and really burn the shadows to focus the image on the intensity in those eyes. Hopefully a little more chilling and a lot less cuddly…
