Today I have a delicate image for you that hopefully suits the delicate nature of my subject. I captured this lone water lily blossom using my EF 85mm f/1.8 adapted to the EOS M, where it becomes a 136mm medium telephoto. This provides a nice bit of compression for the image. Water lilies are very special blossoms – so full and rich. Something about a scene like this makes me think of the rich beauty of Asia – relaxing and soothing.
