Even when when walks through a forest of trees, there are a few that stand apart. The weather has turned cool, rainy, and grey here, so I did what I usually do when the weather is like that…I headed outside! I walked through some deep woods (my favorite place to be in that kind of weather), looking for the unique way that lights plays in those kinds of situations. This forest giant definitely caught my eye, and it was a real pleasure to capture it and the texture of leaves beginning to fall around its base.
