“Draw for Me”

My feelings are a bit mixed as I review this brand new prime lens from Samyang/Rokinon. It is manual focus only, of course, but not really any cheaper than the Canon or Sigma 50mm f/1.4. Where it beats both of them, however, is in the beautiful rendering or “drawing”. I took this while traveling in Arizona last week, and it shows off the beautiful bokeh rendering and very nice transition from focus to defocus. Definitely a strength for the lens!
