“Feelin’ So Blue”

© 2015 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott

Long summer evenings are great for photography. You’ve got a much bigger window to experiment with, and even once the sun has set there is often enough light to do some interesting things. I’m testing a unique crop sensor lens, the Sigma 18-35mm f/1.8 DC HSM Art. It’s the first of its kind, and the image quality is quite impressive. I used an ND8 filter here and three exposures to get a fuller range of color and light info. Look for my review to come in a few weeks. Enjoy!
