“Labor Day 2015”

© 2015 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott

Samuel and I went out to catch the sunrise this morning at one of my favorite photography spots. Some fishermen had already beat ut to it, though, and were out enjoying the beautiful, unseasonably warm morning. It’s ironic that “Labor Day” is a holiday devoted to leisure instead of labor, but I’m reminded of a great verse: Matthew 11:28 NKJV Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

P.S. The Tamron 15-30 VC is a fabulous landscape lens; I’m really, really enjoying it!
