Lost in the Flow

© 2016 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott

Here’s another long exposure shot for you. I setup this shot as close to the water as I could get (definitely getting hit by some spray here!) and used a combination of a ND1000 filter (ten stops) to achieve a long exposure in the middle of the day and also an ND.6 Graduated filter to balance the sky. The bright, autumnal result is one I’m really happy with. Lost in the flow of this beauty! The new 5D Mark IV is an amazing stills camera. You can see my playlist of ongoing coverage of it here: http://bit.ly/2dt7M4k
