0:00
Hi, I'm Dustin Abbott. And
0:01
I'm Craig Christopherson.
0:02
And so we're going to be doing a review
0:04
today together as a collaboration, the
0:07
Patenzic Atom 2 drone, and more
0:09
specifically the new controller that
0:11
they have just launched with it. And so
0:13
I am going to be giving you a look at
0:15
what's included with the new kit, some
0:16
of the design and specifications. We've
0:19
done some various tests together as a
0:21
part of that. And then Craig's going to
0:22
do the heavy lifting in talking about
0:24
the actual usability of the drone
0:27
itself, some of the image quality
0:29
breakdown, things like that. And then
0:30
we're going to wrap it up together at
0:31
the end. We'll talk about things that
0:33
work and some things that don't work.
0:35
And so we're going to jump into this
0:37
together and I'm going to start by
0:38
giving you a look at what's in the box
0:40
and then Craig's going to take it over
0:41
from there. All right, let's start by
0:42
talking about what you get in the kit.
0:44
And so if you get the standard kit,
0:46
which retails for $479 US, you're going
0:49
to get the drone, you're going to get a
0:51
flight battery, and you're going to get
0:53
the controller obviously, and then eight
0:55
replacement propellers, you know,
0:57
various cables like that. The FlyMore
0:59
kit that Craig and I are looking at
1:01
today, it's going to run $5.99. And what
1:04
you're getting with that is you're
1:04
getting a total of three flight
1:06
batteries. You're going to get the
1:07
multi-bay charger for that. obviously
1:10
getting the case to handle all of this
1:13
AC adapter for that and then you get a
1:17
total now of uh 16 different propellers.
1:20
So apparently the fly more package is
1:22
also the crash more package and while
1:25
this doesn't have obstacle avoidance, it
1:27
does give you lots of propellers to
1:29
replace them when you do potentially
1:31
crash the drone along the way. I one of
1:34
the features that I do really like I
1:35
mean obviously in this uh charger it is
1:38
designed to where it is running at a
1:40
little bit higher current and so you can
1:42
instead of just sequentially charging
1:43
batteries you can simultaneously charge
1:45
all three of them. That can be useful
1:47
but I do like the fact that every one of
1:48
these flight batteries also has a USBC
1:51
port built right into it and so they can
1:53
be simply and individually charged
1:55
there. I don't love the fact that this
1:57
included power brick is kind of big and
1:59
bulky and so the AC adapter rather than
2:02
this running off of a USBC, you need
2:04
that AC adapter. So, I don't necessarily
2:06
love that. However, I will also note
2:08
that you can kind of daisy chain this to
2:11
where there is a USBA port out where you
2:14
can then go USB A to USB C and charge
2:18
this kind of in sequence. And so, all of
2:20
that is useful. The big deal here to
2:22
talk about is the PTD1 remote because it
2:25
gets you away from using your phone. I
2:29
hate using my phone as a part of drones.
2:32
I've actually I'm currently using a very
2:34
minimalist type case because of not just
2:37
for drones, but for photography in
2:39
general. I find that there's so many
2:41
cables that don't quite seat properly or
2:44
microphone receivers that don't quite
2:46
get in there with the normal case. And
2:47
so I've got this minimalist case that
2:49
has a cutout where I can access that
2:51
accent that more easily. But you also
2:53
run into the issues to where you know my
2:55
typical controller where it's pinching
2:57
down. It's always putting the volume up
2:58
or down or turning the screen off. It's
3:01
a pain. And so being able to have a nice
3:03
big 5.5 in screen is very useful. This
3:06
is set up at 900 nits of brightness. Now
3:11
just to give you a little bit of
3:12
perspective on that, uh Craig's using an
3:14
iPhone 14. It is. It's standardly rating
3:17
at rated at 800 nits of brightness. My
3:19
iPhone 15 Pro runs at 1,000 nits of
3:22
brightness, but in both cases, they're
3:23
able to go up a little bit brighter in
3:25
outdoor conditions. I find this in
3:28
bright conditions is maybe just a little
3:30
bit too dim. And so, I would like for
3:32
future improvement to see just a little
3:33
bit more potential screen brightness
3:35
from the screen itself, but it's a nice
3:37
big screen and you're not messing with
3:39
apps or, you know, interruptions from
3:41
other things that are popping up. This
3:43
screen is just for this and that is
3:45
really really nice. You get a 1080p
3:48
realtime feed with transmission up to 10
3:51
kilometers or 6.2 miles and so that is
3:55
all great. Um 120 milliseconds of
3:58
latency so relatively lagree. Not too
4:00
bad there. What's more, you do have 32
4:03
gig of internal storage and it's also
4:05
micro SD expandable. The actual
4:08
controller itself has a 3h hour battery
4:11
life. So, I mean, you're going to be
4:12
able to burn through, you know, multiple
4:14
times with all three batteries. So,
4:16
that's good. And then also, you can
4:18
recharge it in under an hour and a half.
4:20
The drone itself, of course, is a 249 g
4:23
to get you under the limit where in most
4:26
um regions here in North America. You
4:29
can fly it without certification and
4:31
without registration, particularly in
4:32
the US with the FA FAA, this size drone,
4:36
you don't have to register, which is why
4:37
so many of them are at 249 gram. Now,
4:40
there is a lot of newer technology in
4:43
the Atom 2 that's not necessarily in uh
4:46
some of the older drones that it might
4:48
compete with. So, a lot of AI tracking,
4:50
automated manu maneuvers that are not
4:52
supported by others. And so, as far as
4:55
the packaging and the pricing goes, this
4:56
is competitively priced with equivalent
4:59
DJI type offerings, but the major
5:01
difference here is that you are getting
5:03
a pretty awesome controller with a lot
5:05
of dedicated controls here and dedicated
5:08
antenna. And so you get a more stable
5:10
transmission. And of course there is the
5:12
reality that in US it's increasingly
5:14
difficult to actually purchase DJI
5:16
products. And so the Atom 2 and the new
5:19
PTD1 controller is probably going to
5:22
slot right into a pretty necessary niche
5:25
in the market. Now we're going to go
5:27
back to Craig and he is going to give
5:28
you a look at the actual performance and
5:31
handling of all of this and whether it's
5:34
an actually decent drone to use. Let's
5:36
take a look. Let's talk about how the
5:37
Atom 2 actually handles when flying it.
5:41
The Atom 2 comes with three different
5:44
speed modes, video, normal, and sport.
5:48
Now, for video mode, this is of course
5:50
fantastic for recording video. And the
5:55
controls and the inputs are very nice
5:57
and slow and smooth. And so, you can get
5:59
really nice pans, tilts, dollies, zooms,
6:02
whatever you want to call it. you can do
6:04
all of your camera movements very
6:06
smoothly. So, video is fantastic and
6:08
it's really the mode that I spent the
6:10
most time in because it can give you
6:13
just the nicest looking footage.
6:16
Stepping it up to normal, there is an
6:18
increase in speed and maneuverability.
6:20
And finally, going all the way up to
6:22
sport, you can travel at 16 m/s, which
6:26
if that doesn't mean much to you, that's
6:27
57 kilometers an hour. So, you can
6:29
certainly travel very fast. And it did
6:32
hold up okay, decent within windy
6:35
conditions. It did give me a notifier a
6:38
couple times as I was flying at a
6:39
altitude of 150 m that windy conditions
6:43
were going to affect its uh
6:46
maneuverability. And so the speed even
6:48
in sport mode was slowed down a decent
6:51
amount just because you have this tiny
6:53
drone flying against some some heavy
6:55
winds there. But each different speed
6:57
setting that the Atom 2 can fly in
7:00
offers you a different speed of
7:02
maneuverability and they each have their
7:04
own place. Although as somebody who
7:06
would prim primarily record video with
7:08
it, video mode was a fantastic use. And
7:12
within each of these mode settings, you
7:15
can adjust the actual thumb stick inputs
7:18
and the sensitivity of both the thumb
7:21
stick inputs and also the camera tilt.
7:23
And in my personal opinion, I would say
7:25
that the camera tilt needs to be uh that
7:28
value needs to be lowered down as a
7:31
default from out of the box. I found it
7:34
was too uh highly sensitive. It it's a
7:37
movement was too abrupt and so I
7:39
actually turned that val that value down
7:41
within the remote control and found it
7:43
to be much more usable and smooth. Now
7:47
talking about the remote control, the
7:49
remote control feels great in your hand.
7:52
It's all notched out to fit uh the form
7:54
factor of your hand just naturally
7:56
curling up and so it feels fantastic to
7:59
use. Now, one thing that I would say and
8:03
my feedback here comes from the fact
8:05
that I live in a colder climate. So, for
8:08
three of the four seasons of the year,
8:10
for the majority of the year, I'm going
8:12
to have to operate this drone with
8:13
gloves on simply because it's too cold.
8:16
And so within the thumb stick design of
8:18
the remote control, I would like to see
8:21
some kind of thicker top of the thumb
8:23
sticks be provided uh as an option
8:26
moving forward because I'm going to have
8:28
to use gloves whenever it comes to
8:30
winter conditions, cold winter, snowy
8:32
conditions. I'm not going to want to be
8:35
out there with my with my bare hands
8:38
operating this thing. So whenever you
8:40
put gloves on that kind of inhibits a
8:43
little bit your ability to make precise
8:46
movements. So this is not just a
8:49
feedback with the Potenzic remote
8:52
control. This goes brand this this goes
8:54
uh not specific to brand. It goes drone
8:57
wide. A lot of drones they just have
8:59
these really really skinny control
9:00
sticks. And that's something that as
9:02
somebody who lives in a colder climate
9:04
is not always uh very usable for me. It
9:08
makes it so that I'm, you know, having
9:09
to push the stick rather than place my
9:11
thumb on top. And so it it removes the
9:14
ability to make fine, precise movements
9:16
whenever you're wearing gloves. And I'll
9:18
add that feedback on top of considering
9:22
the touchscreen that's available. the
9:24
touchscreen, it's great and it works
9:25
fantastic, but again, whenever it gets
9:27
to cold conditions, I don't want to have
9:31
to take my glove off my hand at minus5
9:34
and start touching the touchcreen to do
9:37
different things or to uh, you know,
9:39
adjust whatever setting I'm trying to
9:41
adjust. I want to be able to do it very
9:43
simply. So, for this reason, I would say
9:46
in my personal opinion, I'd like to see
9:48
perhaps a little bit more, maybe a
9:50
couple more physical controls located
9:54
with uh onto the actual remote control
9:57
itself. For example, the three different
9:59
speed modes of video, normal, and sport.
10:02
I think that that could be a physical
10:03
control with on the remote control
10:06
itself just to save users like me who
10:08
live in a colder climate from having to
10:10
freeze their fingers off in the middle
10:11
of the winter because I want to switch
10:13
flight modes. One note I do have on the
10:17
build of the drone is that there's not
10:21
very much securing the battery into the
10:25
actual housing spot that it's supposed
10:27
to go in whenever you put the battery
10:29
into the drone. It's just kind of one
10:31
little plastic clip holding the battery
10:33
in there. And Potenzic is aware of this
10:35
because whenever you start up the drone
10:37
and you start up the propellers and
10:38
you're ready to take off, it takes the
10:41
screen away from you and it gives you a
10:42
warning and it says, "Please make sure
10:44
that the battery has not become
10:47
dislodged in any way so that whenever
10:49
you take off, the battery doesn't fall
10:50
out." And this isn't something that uh
10:53
to me is a little bit maybe uh I feel
10:57
like I want that to be more secure. I
11:00
don't want to check every time I start
11:01
up the propellers whether the battery
11:03
has popped out of its placement or not.
11:06
And so I think that potenti needs to uh
11:09
take into consideration that this is not
11:11
something that really builds great faith
11:13
in its in its user base whenever you
11:15
have to check every time before you take
11:17
off whether the battery is actually
11:18
still connected and fully uh implanted
11:22
into its drone housing. So, if Potenza
11:25
could go back and and figure out a way
11:28
to more securely have the battery keep
11:31
in its place, that would be fantastic.
11:34
It never happened to me, but potenti are
11:37
aware that it is a potential uh
11:39
potential risk that's happens there. So,
11:42
please let's let's house the battery in
11:43
a more secure fashion. As far as the
11:45
drone gimbal goes, it was very steady in
11:48
operation and you can use it in two
11:50
different modes of operation. You have
11:51
the standard or stable mode and then you
11:54
have the FPV mode. And in the stable
11:56
mode, it was very steady. Never had
11:58
problems with it. Even in windy
12:00
conditions, it held very stable. Now,
12:03
flipping it into FPV mode is not
12:06
something that I would recommend. there
12:09
needs to be uh significant improvement
12:11
in my opinion for this to be an actual
12:13
usable gimbal mode because any type of
12:17
uh flight directional input that you are
12:19
trying to put into the drone as you fly
12:21
it in FPV mode really throws the camera
12:24
off and so it becomes this really kind
12:25
of juttery movement as you fly in FPV
12:28
mode and I just don't think it's a
12:30
usable gimbal mode. So you'll definitely
12:32
find yourself sticking to uh the stable
12:36
gimbal mode. The Atom 2 comes with three
12:38
different tracking modes. And so the
12:40
first mode is just a focus feature where
12:42
you slide your finger over the screen
12:45
and a green box appears over what you're
12:47
going to track. And the focus feature,
12:49
the general focus feature is that it's
12:51
going to keep that subject in the middle
12:53
of the screen no matter what drone input
12:56
you do. So whether it's in, out, left,
12:59
right, a circle around, it's going to
13:00
keep your subject in the middle of the
13:02
screen. And it did this uh very well.
13:05
The next one is parallel tracking. So
13:07
traveling alongside you. And this
13:08
feature works decently. Although I will
13:11
say that any sudden or abrupt changes in
13:14
speed, the drone is not going to be able
13:16
to keep up with and continue to track
13:18
even just from a walk to a decent jog.
13:22
It wasn't able to keep up with the speed
13:24
there. So make sure that your speed is
13:27
consistent if you're going to use that
13:28
mode. And finally, it has follow
13:31
tracking. So following you kind of as a
13:32
rear camera that's just following you as
13:35
however you are traveling. And this mode
13:37
again it worked well but because the
13:39
Atom 2 does not have any object
13:43
identification or you know awareness
13:46
it's going to run into any obstacle that
13:48
it comes into which it almost did. So
13:50
you'll need to be aware if you're using
13:52
it as a rear follow camera that the
13:55
distance is not going to be consistent
13:58
if you are changing speeds. it will fall
14:00
behind. And the other thing is that uh
14:02
you need to be aware of where it is
14:04
following you because if you are coming
14:06
around a building or some trees or
14:08
plants or whatever it is, it's not going
14:10
to avoid them. So be aware the drone is
14:13
whenever you're using it to follow track
14:16
because it may uh run into an obstacle
14:19
if you don't catch it. Another point is
14:21
don't wear dark clothing. So for
14:23
example, here in the shots you can see
14:24
that my running attire is all in black.
14:27
And so going from the light to the
14:30
shadows, it wasn't able to consistently
14:32
track me through those lighting changes.
14:35
Wear some brighter, more contrasty uh
14:38
type of clothing, and it will allow the
14:41
drone to follow you with much better
14:44
ease. Looking at image quality, you can
14:47
see that low light image quality is
14:50
decently noisy. Now, the drone does have
14:53
a dehaze feature. And since you never
14:56
have, you know, or it's very difficult
14:58
to have perfect haze to test this out
15:02
on, uh, it was a foggy day. So, I went
15:04
and I did the dehaze feature on a foggy
15:07
day. And you'll notice it's really quite
15:09
harsh. So, again, it's not a perfect
15:11
kind of hazy day to to test it out on,
15:14
but you can see it does apply its dehaze
15:17
feature very strongly. So, this is maybe
15:19
a feature that you'd want to avoid. and
15:21
look to apply in post. If you are using
15:24
Da Vinci or Premiere Pro, uh whatever
15:27
your your editing tool is, maybe stick
15:31
with the dehaze feature in that. Now, as
15:34
far as the zoom goes, it is a digital
15:37
zoom and you will notice a lot of
15:39
morphing, a lot of warping going on
15:41
whenever zooming in and out. So, as far
15:44
as recording through that zoom, uh for a
15:47
video feature, I would not recommend it.
15:51
Another thing that I would like to
15:52
discuss whenever it comes to image
15:53
quality is taking a look at the colors
15:56
that this drone produces. If you are a
15:59
casual uh video creator or casual in
16:03
flying a drone and you don't use post
16:05
editing software, then the colors that
16:08
are going to come out of this drone, I
16:10
think you're going to be really pleased
16:11
with. You can look at the deep blues of
16:14
the water. You can take a look at the
16:17
fall colors coming out of the trees.
16:20
It's beautiful. It's deep and it's rich.
16:22
And there's really not any tinkering
16:24
that needs to be done. The colors come
16:26
out ready to go. Now, following up on
16:30
image quality, taking a look at the kind
16:34
of clarity, the precision of these
16:38
pieces of footage that we're taking a
16:39
look at, I'm not overwhelmed or
16:43
incredibly blown away by the precision
16:45
that we're seeing. Yes, from a far away
16:49
distance, the images look pretty good,
16:52
but at a aperture of f1.8, eight, that's
16:55
really not a whole lot of uh focus plane
16:58
available to you. And so you can hide it
17:02
a little bit by having the drone further
17:04
away from your subjects or from the
17:06
landscape that you're shooting. But
17:08
whenever you get up nice, tight, and
17:10
close, you can see that yes, some
17:13
subjects or some of the the landscape is
17:16
in focus. But as we look maybe more
17:19
outwards of the screen, a little higher,
17:21
a little more to the side, you'll notice
17:23
that it really doesn't look like the
17:26
image has been captured by a 4K quality
17:29
camera. What you'll notice is it's
17:31
almost looking more like a really nice
17:33
and precise oil painting rather than a
17:39
level 4K technological piece of
17:42
equipment. And so as far as the
17:44
precision and the and the clarity and
17:46
the sharpness of the image, it's really
17:48
not something that I'm overwhelmed with.
17:52
And this would be I think my biggest
17:54
gripe with this drone. I love a lot of
17:56
things about it. I love how easy it is
17:58
to handle. get up and fly. But as far as
18:02
uh looking at the footage, looking at
18:04
the images it produces, I would just
18:06
like a little bit more from it. It's not
18:08
quite there yet. And looking at and
18:11
comparing it to some other brands, it
18:14
falls a little bit short of where I
18:17
would want it to be. So, it does it can
18:21
create nice images if you're a hobbyist,
18:23
but as far as using it in a professional
18:26
grade, it doesn't quite meet the
18:29
standard that I would like to see it at.
18:32
A big issue with the Atom 2 is the lens
18:34
flares that are going to be produced
18:36
within the footage. Doesn't really
18:38
matter if it's early morning, late
18:40
afternoon, or the middle of the day type
18:42
of sun. Lens flares are going to be
18:45
captured in all of these different types
18:47
of instances. So, that's something to be
18:49
mindful of whenever you're shooting your
18:51
footage is what way am I facing away
18:55
from the sun because that's the way that
18:57
I'm going to want to shoot. Otherwise,
18:59
lens flares are going to pop up and
19:01
they're going to be very strong. Now, if
19:05
you want to tinker around with the
19:07
colors and the coloring, Potenzic has
19:10
launched something called PLOG, which is
19:13
available to record. And PL log is
19:14
Potenzic's version of a logarithmic
19:16
video. And so you can record in PLOG and
19:19
adjust the coloring to your liking if
19:21
that is something that you are looking
19:28
Okay, we're going to kind of wrap things
19:31
up by talking about both some pros and
19:33
cons that emerged while doing a review
19:35
of the Atom 2. As far as the big pro to
19:38
me, I love getting away from this kind
19:41
of controller and getting away from my
19:43
phone for a lot of reasons. I actually
19:45
have a phone case on my phone right now
19:48
that is all about basically having as
19:50
little case as possible and so that I
19:52
have that port available because of so
19:54
many accessories that I just I can't
19:56
make it fit in there. Craig ran into the
19:59
same thing with his phone case and
20:00
trying to hook this up. He couldn't get
20:02
it in there. And so getting away from
20:04
that, getting away from these clamps,
20:06
pushing putting up your volume or
20:08
turning your phone off, all of that is
20:10
great. Now, while that may be true and
20:13
the brightness on this screen is
20:15
adjustable, I did find that whenever you
20:17
are out in the sun, especially during
20:20
high noon, I found myself seeking out
20:23
some shade. And so, my phone is actually
20:25
able to be brighter in its screen
20:27
brightness quality compared to the
20:30
remote control. So, I would say yes,
20:31
it's super nice to get away from the
20:33
phone. However, it does need a boost in
20:36
brightness. Right now, something I
20:38
really did love about the Atom 2 is how
20:40
easy it was to get it up in the air. All
20:43
I have to do, all you have to do is turn
20:46
on the remote control, turn on the
20:47
drone, unfold its wings, put it down,
20:50
and you're up ready to go flying in
20:53
under a minute. Yeah. And so, that's
20:56
great. And one of the things we we both
20:57
hate with some other drones is all of
20:59
the hoops you have to jump through, you
21:01
know, certifying your this that before
21:03
you can actually finally put it in the
21:05
air. I've had times where I gave up on
21:07
flying a drone altogether because I just
21:09
got frustrated with that process. And so
21:11
it's great that you can get it up
21:12
quickly, but the problem is is that the
21:14
footage that you can get comparatively
21:17
isn't necessarily as good as the
21:19
equivalent, you know, DJI type drone
21:22
footage that I've seen on other DJIs
21:24
that I've owned in the past. And so you
21:26
can get it up quick, you can start
21:27
getting footage quick, but the footage
21:29
isn't quite as good. Now, the final
21:32
thing that I will say as a positive for
21:34
me is that this drone does implement a
21:36
lot of newer AI technologies for
21:38
tracking, for program shots, and it does
21:42
actually work. We were able to get it to
21:44
successfully track to circle around and
21:46
to, you know, just kind of do a a
21:48
panoramic type shot around you. All of
21:51
those things are good and it is it is
21:53
nice to have those flexibilities. Now,
21:55
the tracking features worked well, but
21:58
as a non-casual drone user myself, I
22:01
found that I would actually prefer to
22:03
operate the drone and to do the tracking
22:05
shots myself. I would like the way that
22:08
that footage kind of ended up in the
22:09
result. I can control the distance
22:11
myself. And also, depending on the
22:14
environment that you live in, it may not
22:16
always be useful. living in, you know,
22:18
forested land like we do here, it's not
22:21
always really able or usable to have AI
22:25
tracking whenever you're running around
22:28
with a bunch of trees in the way. So, I
22:31
mean, maybe those extra propellers are
22:32
going to come in use there, but that's
22:34
not really something I'm looking to do.
22:36
So, those features are there. They're
22:38
great for new people, but for the
22:39
experienced drone user, you're not going
22:41
to find yourself using them. Yeah. And
22:44
and even yeah, we just we did find even
22:45
in doing the the tracking shot of my
22:48
truck just because there are power lines
22:51
there was an issue with that even that
22:53
you really it couldn't initiate tracking
22:55
because there was just too many
22:56
obstacles in the way. The only way to
22:58
get that shot was essentially to fly up
23:00
above all of that because there is no
23:02
obstacle avoidance. And as you can see,
23:04
as we already tested, it doesn't love
23:06
these gusts of wind that come up either.
23:09
I'll let Craig wrap it up here at the
23:10
end. Decent hovering feature, though. It
23:12
has stayed quite stable.
23:14
Not bad. At least it hasn't run into me
23:16
yet. That's all I care about. Now, in
23:18
conclusion, I would say if you are a
23:20
casual drone user, the Potenzic Atom 2,
23:23
as it says, I have done my job and I'm
23:26
piecing out of here. It's done it job.
23:28
But if you are a casual drone user, this
23:31
drone will be great for you. It's so
23:33
easy to get up and fly. And looking at
23:35
the price point, what it's coming in,
23:37
the amount of money that you're going to
23:38
pay, there's not really a whole lot of
23:40
other drones available. Tons and tons of
23:42
various other brands are out of stock
23:44
right now. So, the Potenzic Atom 2 is
23:47
fitting really nicely in the market for
23:49
Potenzic because there's just no
23:51
challengers to come and compete with it,
23:52
particularly in the US at the moment. I
23:54
will however say that for somebody who
23:56
uses the drone for professional photo
23:59
and video shoots, it's not something
24:02
where I look at the photo files or I
24:04
look at the MP4 video files and say
24:06
that's something I want to
24:08
professionally deliver and kind of put
24:11
my job at risk or behind. I want
24:14
something that's got a little bit more
24:15
quality to it, more clarity, more
24:17
precision in its picture. So, if you're
24:20
a hobbyist, then this is going to be a
24:22
great deal for you. But if you are a
24:24
professional looking to use the drone
24:26
and get paid for the jobs that you're
24:28
doing, yeah, I would say you're going to
24:29
have to spend a little bit more money to
24:31
get better image quality.
24:34
Yeah. So, at the end of the day, the
24:36
usability is great. I think the new
24:37
controller and the implementation,
24:39
there's still some bugs to to maybe iron
24:41
out on that and some some room for
24:43
improvement in the future, but having
24:44
this controller is great. It'll allow
24:46
you to get the drone into the air,
24:47
actually have fun flying it. But as
24:49
Craig said, if you're looking at to be
24:51
someone who wants to professionally
24:53
deliver a high-end product, well, as is
24:56
always the case in photography, you got
24:58
to spend more to make more. I hope that
25:00
this has helped you out in deciding
25:02
whether or not the Atom 2 or the new
25:04
controller, which by the way, you can
25:05
independently buy the PTD1 for $279
25:10
if you already have the drone and you
25:12
just want the controller. Um, and so
25:14
that isn't a a bad deal if you're just
25:16
looking to add to what you already have.
25:18
So, it is there on the market. As
25:19
always, thanks for watching today and
