“Must I Go Alone?”

© 2012 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott

We were blessed with a wonderfully atmospheric day on Sunday, and although there was a very cold rain, I got out with my two eldest children and we trecked through the forest.  It was a great opportunity to both get some great, moody pictures and also to test the weather sealing on the new Tamron lens.  It performed very admirably despite getting quite wet. I saw a chance for a great concept piece here contrasting the dark mood of the forest with the brightness of the umbrella. P.S.  Check out my blog page for a full review of this great lens.
