“One World Trade Center”

I thought I would share another Gotham view – this one of the now nearly completed One World Trade Center, aka “The Freedom Tower”. This new crown jewel of the New York skyline rises to a symbolic 1776 feet when the mast is included, making it the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. It has been a slow and often painful process to rebuild something of beauty from the ashes of the Twin Towers, but it is a great feeling to see this new beauty standing tall.
