“Mountain Chapel”

© 2012 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott

There is a beautiful little chapel on the grounds of pedestrian village in Mont Tremblant, Quebec.  It sits in a gorgeous setting with the mountain behind it.  Most of the mountain was shrouded in mist on this day, but it set a great mood for this shot.  The nice little wood fence didn’t hurt, either!

Technical info: Canon EOS 5D Mark 2, Canon EF 17-40mm f/4L, Two combined exposures (one for the foreground, one for the sky using my own technique, Processed and toned in Adobe Lightroom 4, Exposure 4, and Adobe Photoshop CS5
