Lion in Spring
© 2015 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott
I had a unique opportunity to shoot a rare white lion with beautiful cherry blossoms in the foreground. They bloom for such a brief window, and so I was really happy to get this unique combination. This majestic male posed very nicely for me, and I was able to frame him with the blossoms. Due to the unique color of this species, the female lying beside him looks a lot like a lamb. That makes for a cool concept, doesn’t it! I finished the text review today of the lens, and it will go live in a day or two.
