One thing that really caught my eye on this trip was the variety of beautiful and (to my eye) exotic blossoms around the Galil. In all fairness, when I left Ontario we were already into our whiteout season, so it was refreshing to see any color at all! Still, I saw some of the most unique and beautiful blossoms that I have seen, including these lovely ones. P.S. The flexibility of my Tamron zoom is great – almost all of these shots from Israel you have seen were taken with it, and it does equally well with narrow depth of field shots like this to the bigger landscape shots.
