I’ve started my review of the last of the trio of 150-600mm lenses – the Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 OS HSM Contemporary. This lens competes more directly with the Tamron in price and specs. It looks to be another very nice option for those looking for amazing reach at a affordable price. I’ll share more as we go along. My title for the image comes from the fact that I spent a good while tracking this monarch, waiting for it to land and hold still. It didn’t seem very interested in doing so, so I just took some shots of it in flight and got a chance to test the AF on the lens a bit.
