Beauty in the Details
© 2016 Thousand Word Images by Dustin Abbott
The power of macro images is the magnification of the amazing details that are there all the time but are hard to observe with the eye. A good macro lens enlarges those little details and that natural beauty of nature comes to life. Today’s image is in celebration of the very cool little Canon EF-M 28mm f/3.5 Macro IS STM lens for the EOS M system. It has a few shortcomings that I detail in my reviews, but it also is a highly portable, highly functional macro lens that also doubles as a great walkaround option. I’m extremely pleased with the image quality from the lens and got a lot of images that I’ve been happy to share.
