The date was August 25th, 2012.  The place:  Nangor Beach Resort in Westmeath, Ontario.  The temperature was hot, but as the evening unfolded, it cooled and turned into a beautiful evening with rich light.  The wedding photographer was….well…me.  I haven’t blogged for a while, and decided that this would be a great insight into a wedding photographer’s evening.  Facebook images are very disappointing right now; their compression murders hi resolution images, so I thought that I would share some of my work here where it looks a little better.

So, thanks to Christa and John for the opportunity to shoot your wedding.  Weddings are interesting opportunities to capture a very important milestone in two people’s lives.  And, if done right, they are images that we cherish for a lifetime.
