The Ring Bear

One of the reasons that people love a 70-200 f/2.8 lens is the ability to really throw the background out of focus at the long end of the lens. Here is an example taken of the ring “bear” at a recent wedding I shot (some of you will recognize him as my son). He was told by someone that he was supposed to growl when he got the front of the church. Fortunately he figured out that this wasn’t actually the case, and the ceremony went off without any growling.
