TTArtisan 11mm F2.8 Fisheye Review and Gallery

Dustin Abbott

May 13th, 2020

Fisheye lenses are out on the extremes of photography.  Whereas often I’m evaluating lenses and critiquing if they have distortion, fisheye lenses are really all about embracing the distortion and using it in creative ways.  It’s not for beginners, and certainly can be used poorly, but there are also a lot of wonderful images that can be  created with a fisheye lens.  This particular lens is the first I’ve reviewed from its brand – TTArtisan.  The TTArtisan 11mm F2.8 Fisheye is a reasonably priced, nicely built, and optically excellent fisheye lens, and is easy to recommend if you’re looking for a fisheye.  I’ve reviewed the TTArtisans 11mm F2.8 Fisheye on my Sony a7RIII and Sony a9 bodies, and you can see photos from both cameras below.
